Terms of Service — VKLink Mobile

1. Chấp Nhận Điều Khoản / Acceptance of Terms

Bằng cách tải xuống, cài đặt hoặc sử dụng ứng dụng VKLink Mobile (“Ứng dụng”), bạn đồng ý bị ràng buộc bởi các Điều Khoản Sử Dụng này. Nếu bạn không đồng ý với bất kỳ điều khoản nào, vui lòng không sử dụng Ứng dụng.

By downloading, installing, or using VKLink Mobile (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the App.

2. Mô Tả Dịch Vụ / Description of Service

VKLink Mobile là ứng dụng quản lý tài sản và chấm công dành cho nhân viên doanh nghiệp, cung cấp các chức năng:

VKLink Mobile is an asset management and attendance application for enterprise employees, providing:

• Quét mã QR tài sản — xem thông tin, lịch sử tài sản / Asset QR scanning — view asset info and history
• Chấm công QR — xác thực vị trí GPS + thiết bị / QR Attendance — GPS location + device verification
• Xác thực sinh trắc học — khóa màn hình bằng vân tay / Biometric authentication — fingerprint lock screen
• Kiểm kê tài sản — hỗ trợ chiến dịch audit / Asset audit — support audit campaigns
• Xem lịch sử — chấm công, quét tài sản / History — attendance and asset scan logs

3. Điều Kiện Sử Dụng / Eligibility

• Ứng dụng chỉ dành cho nhân viên thuộc doanh nghiệp đã triển khai TKPlatform của VKSoftware.
• Bạn phải có tài khoản hợp lệ được cấp bởi quản trị viên doanh nghiệp của mình.
• The App is intended solely for employees of organizations that have deployed VKSoftware’s TKPlatform.
• You must have a valid account issued by your organization’s administrator.

4. Quyền Riêng Tư và Dữ Liệu / Privacy and Data

Việc sử dụng Ứng dụng tuân theo Chính Sách Bảo Mật của chúng tôi tại docs/release/privacy-policy.md. Ứng dụng thu thập:

• Dữ liệu vị trí GPS (chỉ khi chấm công QR, không theo dõi liên tục)
• Thông tin thiết bị (fingerprint thiết bị cho xác thực)
• Dữ liệu sinh trắc học (xử lý cục bộ trên thiết bị, không gửi lên server)

Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. The App collects:

• GPS location data (only during QR attendance, not continuous tracking)
• Device information (device fingerprint for authentication)
• Biometric data (processed locally on-device, not transmitted to servers)

5. Quyền Được Cấp / Permissions Required

Để hoạt động, Ứng dụng yêu cầu các quyền sau trên thiết bị Android:

6. Hành Vi Bị Cấm / Prohibited Conduct

Người dùng không được:

• Chấm công thay cho người khác (proxy attendance)
• Giả mạo vị trí GPS
• Chia sẻ tài khoản cho người khác
• Sử dụng thiết bị đã root/jailbreak để bypass xác thực
• Reverse engineer hoặc sửa đổi Ứng dụng

Users must not:

• Submit attendance on behalf of another person
• Spoof GPS location
• Share account credentials with others
• Use rooted/jailbroken devices to bypass authentication
• Reverse engineer or modify the App

7. Giới Hạn Trách Nhiệm / Limitation of Liability

VKSoftware không chịu trách nhiệm đối với:

• Mất mát dữ liệu do lỗi thiết bị hoặc kết nối mạng
• Gián đoạn dịch vụ do bảo trì hoặc sự cố kỹ thuật
• Thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc sử dụng sai mục đích Ứng dụng

VKSoftware is not liable for:

• Data loss due to device failure or network connectivity issues
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
• Damages arising from misuse of the App

8. Thay Đổi Điều Khoản / Changes to Terms

VKSoftware có thể cập nhật Điều Khoản Sử Dụng này bất cứ lúc nào. Phiên bản mới nhất luôn có trên https://vksoftware.vn/terms. Tiếp tục sử dụng Ứng dụng sau khi cập nhật nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận các thay đổi.

VKSoftware may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available at https://vksoftware.vn/terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

9. Luật Áp Dụng / Governing Law

Điều Khoản Sử Dụng này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết tại Tòa án nhân dân có thẩm quyền tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
